She is a philanthropist as well as a successful businesswoman. She is working as a director of two renowned companies which are namely Roma Kristo Jewels Private Limited and Roma Kristo Ventures Private Limited. 

Along with her husband Rakesh Rajdev, she offers a helping hand to serve the downtrodden and white-collar people in society. Rupalben Rajdev has always stood alongside Rakesh in many ways. She has also devoted her wealth to social well-being and contributed her time and wealth for the betterment of society.

Being the spouse of Rakesh, she is a business owner as well is dedicated herself to the welfare of society. It's her compassion and benevolence that thousands of families were moved to prosperity. In society, many families live their life hand to mouth.

Rakesh and Rupalben both of them wish that they lead a better life too. Hence both of them run a social welfare organization namely Kanuda Mitra Mandal for about 11+ years. Both of them have kind hearts which makes them help people who fell into any sort of trouble. They do as much as they can for the suffering people so that they can lead better lives.

Rupalben Rajdev is not only a working lady but also strives hard for the welfare of society. With the mutual coordination with Rakesh Rajdev, she helps a large number of people such as laborers, students, medical professionals, and many more through their social welfare organization namely Kanuda Mitra Mandal. 

Especially during the COVID-19 outbreak both of them helped many people and families they can cope with the difficult situation.
