Yes, she is also a successful businesswoman. She runs two trading companies namely Roma Kristo Jewels PLT and Roma Kristo Ventures PLT. Since these two are trading companies she also works as a trader. Apart from running the business successfully, Rupalben Rakesh Rajdev also offers a helping hand to serve society.

She and her husband Rakesh of them run a social welfare organization namely Kanuda Mitra Mandal. This social welfare organization is popular in Western India since it has been recognized as one of the active organizations which serve society.

Rakesh Rajdev and Rupalben has taken several projects through this organization for the welfare of society. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic time, they supported several families. They sent food packages, grocery packages, and sanitizing materials for the people to their hometowns itself through trains. 

Also, they ensured that they sent a large number of meal boxes to several families and individuals so that people can cope with the hunger issues. They also supported the frontline heroes by booking luxurious rooms for them so that they can take a rest and serve the nation during the challenging time. Additionally, they sent beds, sanitizing materials, and other medical equipment to many hospitals and medical centers.
